Get to Know Me
Carl is the husband of one wife and the father of two sons. Carl served as a Counseling Pastor at his home church from 2016-2018. He is currently employed full time at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Children's Case Manager and started his own private practice, helping individuals who struggle with Depression, on February 14th 2019. Back in 2006, Carl battled depression for two years before getting help in the form of medications. Since then, Carl has made it his mission to help those who struggle alone, bring awareness to the perils of depression, and break the stigma associated with having depression. Carl has been counseling since 2014 and dreams of running a full scale practice to help the those who suffer with depression.

In my free depression talk, I address the stigma associated with depression by sharing personal testimony, going through some steps to address depression,
and invite attendees to join the discussion. My goal is to help those in attendance and/or equip them to help others!
